26-11-11 - Wow it's been a while everybody so sorry for the lack of updates. Hope you're all well, we've out and about gigging as much as possible, made some equipment improvements and learnt a few new songs since last year lol! Hope to see you all soon. 28-12-10 - Merry Christmas from The Minute Steaks! 18-09-10 - Off to The Bushel in Newmarket tonight for Pete' last gig! Going on to pastures new it has been a fun journey and sure he will be back for the odd appearance. Meanwhile we have been busy trying to fill his shoes and luckily we have a new bassist, Craig. Coming with great experience from previous bands Craig has fitted in straight away, come and see for your self at his first public gig on 1st October at The Dolphin in Wortham. 09-02-10 - Well hope you all had a great Christmas and all that! The Steaks have been busy and finally made it in to the studio for a 'live' session. Check out our updated music page to listen to the demos. See you soon. 23-11-09 - Yet another rockin' double bill complete and more on the horizon! Great night was had in Diss Saturday despite some major equipment failure. Join us in Bury St Edmunds 4th December @ Ruin, Saturday 5th December at The Bushel Newmarket for an incredible night, see you all there! 31-08-09 - Well what a summer! Great weather, great music and some great gigs. We topped it off this weekend with our debut at Ruin on Friday followed by a private bash in a fire station no less on Saturday. The Steaks are off for their late summer break now so look forward to catching up with you all after September. We are lining up some cracking gigs for Oct-Dec so be sure to keep checking in. Rock n' Roll. 03-05-09 - Relaxed? Well good, cause we're back!! We'll be rocking every weekend in May including a return to Bury St Edmunds looking forward to seeing some old faces. 02/02/09 - Brilliant gig at Harling at the weekend with probably the best turnout yet! Thanks everyone for your continued support. Bit of a break from gigs for a couple of months so plenty of time for us to practice some new material. See you in March folks! 17/01/09 - Great night last night in Scole at The Crossways. We hope to return soon. 10/01/09 - New photos added from The White Horse last night. A rocking evening for a Friday and good turn out considering the weather. Hopefully we will return in the future. 03/01/09 - Check out a few old photos put up in the gallery remembering the years gone by. We have also added some merchandise, at last you say! Be quick though peeps as supplies are very limited. Promotional memorabilia will now be put up at the bottom of the gigs page. 01/01/09 - What a night last night was! Playing till 1am was quite a marathon and East Harling sure know how to rock. See you again soon. 31/12/08 - The Minute Steaks hope everyone had a great Christmas and wish everyone a fantastic New Year. May there be plenty more rocking in 2009! 25/12/08 - Happy Christmas! Last nights gig was great and who'd have thought The Minute Steaks would be jamming Cliff Richards Mistletoe and Wine LOL! 7/12/08 - Dirt biking has gone people, too many complaints about the noise! We finally got some group shots today check them out. 6/12/08 - Forget guitar lessons today - CLASSIC ROCK RADIO has arrived!!! Kick back & relax with classic rock. Feel free to tear up the track off-road below too! On a band note we are in the rehearsal rooms again tomorrow looking to master a couple of new tracks for your listening pleasure. 23/11/08 - Well the weather got the better of us today and practice was cancelled but on the plus side widgets are a changing folks! Chinese Democracy is now officially out so the countdown has been removed but check out the new guitar lessons, followed soon by our very special guitar hero game. 16/11/08 - We have started to get some photos up on the photo page. Plenty more to follow soon.... 9/11/08 - A rocking night in Diss last night at the 2 Brewers. Had some equipment issues but rocked through nevertheless. 7/11/08 - New C.D. soon to be in production. The Minute Steaks are entering the studio again in the next few weeks to lay down a new studio recording. 3/11/08 - Welcome to the new look website.  Check back regularly all for new features and news on what The Minute Steaks are up to. 2/11/08 - Halloween at The Red House Stanningfield was a great night. Some brilliant costumes and a great atmosphere. Good to see all you folks up and dancing!  :o)

We are a 5-piece rock covers band based around the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Available for public and private bookings for small or large crowds.   We cover a mix of rock from old to new through soft and metal.  Always happy to try and fill requests and adjust our play list to suit.  Recorded music can be provided during breaks through our sound system.
